Talos Plaza Horse

The precise function of this faction is unknown. The only object it owns is a Bay Horse in the corral outside Chestnut Handy Stables, and since all of the faction members except Roderic Pierrane go traveling at some point, it is possible that the intention was for them to go by horse. This does not occur, however, and they all travel by foot. There are similar factions for the Elven Gardens and Temple districts of the Imperial City.
