Heinrich Oaken-Hull's House is a house situated on the corner of Anvil's Chapelgate and Guildgate districts. The house itself is situated adjacent to Benirus Manor, and beside the Anvil Fighters Guild and the Chapel of Dibella.

Dining room
Living area

The front door opens into the dining room with a rectangular table for six directly ahead. There is a cupboard to the right with food. To the left, there is a set of shelves over a cupboard. Both shelves and cupboard are filled with ceramic and silver tableware.

The dining table has three place settings of ceramic and silver. A small basket in the center holds two loaves of bread and a head of lettuce. The table has on it one bottle each of Surilie Brothers Vintage 399 and beer, two samples of crab meat, some cheese, a wide selection of fruit and vegetables, and a center piece flower vase.

On the west wall is a fireplace. Along the dining room's southern wall is the entrance to the living area. In the center of the living area, just to the left, is a small table and two chairs. On the table is a copy of The Black Horse Courier, a bottle of Surilie Brothers Wine, and another selection of fruit.

To the left, on the north wall, a three-shelf bookshelf holds two potions and seven books with titles including 2920, First Seed, Aevar Stone-Singer, and Palla, volume 2.

On the east wall there is another set of shelves over a cupboard. On its shelves are a handbill for the local inn, two goblets, and five books. Its cupboard has more dishware.

Across the room and up four steps is an alcove. In it, to the left is a triple wooden backed chair and to the right two single chairs. In the center, on its south wall, is a table on which are gold, a copy of Ten Commands: Nine Divines, a folded cloth and dishware.

A second exit to Anvil is on the west wall, just to the left of the staircase. The stairs lead up to Oaken-Hull's Private Rooms, which is locked and can either be picked or unlocked with the housekey.

Oaken-Hull's Private Rooms[edit]

Oaken-Hull's Private Rooms

The entrance to the second floor opens up on a relatively large L-shaped hallway. There are three raised alcoves and a bedroom door off this hall.

To the southwest, your right, is the bedroom of Hasathil and Heinrich. It has a double bed. There is a cupboard containing upper-class clothing located to the right of its doorway, as well as a locked chest and a scroll of fire shell perched on top. To the left of the bed, a set of drawers also contains more upper-class clothing. On top of the drawers is a sample of nirnroot, a strong potion of personality, some gold, a locked jewelry box and several jewels. The jewels include a diamond, a flawed sapphire, and a flawed topaz. The locked jewelry box contains a jewelry item and a valuable potion.

Upon leaving the bedroom, to the right on the south wall, is a chair and a set of shelves with tableware and a flower vase. In the first raised alcove across from the entrance sits a chair, a pier table and triple wooden backed chair. The only items of note on the table are the bottle of cheap wine and several strawberries on a ceramic plate.

In the next alcove, the northeast corner of this floor, is a study area. There is a chair and desk upon which rests a Dagger of Weariness and copies of both Frontier, Conquest and Manual of Arms. On a small bookcase directly across from the desk sits a bottle of cyrodilic brandy, a letter confirming a shipment, and a handbill for The Fo'c's'le.

The third raised alcove, to the north, serves as a guest quarters. It has a single bed. There is a set of drawers containing upper-class clothing to the right, with a black & burgundy outfit and a steel helmet placed on top. Directly beside the set of drawers is a pair of gold trimmed shoes.

To the left of the guest quarters the hall ends on a western wall in a small dining area. On the table is a copy of Mystery of Talara, v 5. Behind the table, however, is an embarrassing letter which highlights Hasathil's secret relationship with Enilroth. To the right of the table is a locked chest with a low level weapon and some armor.

Notes[edit]
