Restocking values: boldfaced to negative

I'll be changing how this page displays the quantity of restocking items for three reasons:

• Personally, it is not readily apparent to me whether a number is boldfaced or not; I believe the experience is worse for people with certain forms of visual impairment.
• For the "Wares" sections of merchant pages, we display restocking quantities as negative numbers. There is no benefit to be had for this page to behave differently.
• By relying on negative numbers instead of using boldfacing, sorting becomes so much more straightforward that there's no need to use {{hide}} anymore.
