It may have been placed there by the developers to set a spot for the Tarhiel event. They probably made the book first, put it in the gameworld, and then made Tarhiel later, using the book as both a landing pad and a sort of 'bookmark', so to speak.— Unsigned comment by 76.19.187.6 (talk) on 00:11 20 January 2012
