Significant updates to Mash[edit]
see:Recent Changes --Sativarg 10:23, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
- Hey Sativarg. It's been updated, that's true, Mash is still updated only rarely. (Mostly just hand-me-down updates from Wrye Bash, which itself is being updated much less frequently then it used to be.) Thanks for updating the version info, but it's still most accurate to say "rarely updated". (Especially compared to how frequently I used to update it. :D --Wrye 21:46, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
Program not doing initial check.[edit]
Here is what the help file claims: "If you have a non-standard Morrowind Install directory, then the first time you start, Mash will ask for the correct location. In subsequent startups, Mash will remember the new directory and go directly to it without asking you." My install of the program failed to execute this check for some reason, so it still thinks my game is installed in Program Files. Is there any way I can manually make it perform this check, or direct it to the right place? --Zhukant 00:04, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
- To answer my own question - If you are using Vista, did you make sure to run the "Wrye Mash for Python 2.5" shortcut as administrator? --Zhukant 00:24, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
