     Returns:   short

     Example:   if ( GetForceMoveJump == 1 )
                set sValue to ( "Gadyni Rethan"->GetForceMoveJump )

     Scripts:   Not Used

Returns 1 if the calling actor is running from a previous call to ForceMoveRun, or 0 otherwise.
