Olumba gro-Boglar is an Orc monk and Initiate in the Imperial Cult located inside the Governor's Hall in Caldera. Olumba will give you further information about Cunius Pelelius.
He provides minor training in Sneak, Acrobatics, and Hand-to-hand.
Olumba wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. He carries a divine judgement silver staff along with up to 25 gold. Like all Orcs, he has a natural resistance to magicka, and can boost his health, fatigue and attack for short periods, at the cost of agility; otherwise he knows no spells.

Dialogue[edit]
- Caldera ebony mines
- "The Caldera ebony mines are southwest of the village of Caldera. There's an office, a bunkhouse, and guard tower over near the mine entrance. They work the mines by slave labor. That would never be allowed back West, but here, in Morrowind, slavery is still legal. I think it is a disgrace. But who cares what I think? Head west from town, then swing around again south into the bowl of the mine through a gap in the ridge. Or head straight southwest over the ridge -- but it is too steep a climb for most."
- Cunius Pelelius
- "Why should I tell you anything?" (if your disposition is lower than 30)
- "I'll tell you why Cunius Pelelius is slow to redeem his pledged donation. Because he's gotten in a bit of money trouble. And he's solving the problem by skimming from the mine and smuggling raw ebony. That's what people say in private, anyway. It would be hard to get proof. The slaves in the Caldera ebony mines would know. But they would be hard to persuade to talk. They're afraid, and who can blame them?" (if your disposition is 30 or higher)
- "He's dead? Why tell me?" (if Cunius is dead)
- smuggling raw ebony
- "He takes raw ebony from the mines. He does not tell anyone. He pays no tax on it. He steals it from the mine, and avoids the tax. So when he sells it to smugglers, he makes a very fine profit indeed. No costs. All profit."
