Ethasi Rilvayn

Ethasi Rilvayn is a Dark Elf nightblade and the Master of the Balmora branch of the Morag Tong. Like her fellow branch-heads, she is responsible for issuing writs and giving payment for successfully completed executions. She can also reinstate you if you have been expelled from the guild for any reason, though only once. Additionally, Ethasi has a large selection of quality spells available for fellow guild members of rank Thinker or higher.

She is wearing a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. She carries a key to the Morag Tong Guildhall, up to 35 gold, and a leveled magical short blade. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows a variety of spells, which you can buy from her.
