Celegorn

Celegorn is a Wood Elf thief, and Footpad in the Thieves Guild, located inside Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub in Wolverine Hall. He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. He carries a steel jinkblade and up to 20 drakes. Aside from his natural resistance to disease, and the ability to command animals, he knows no spells.

He is a medium trainer in Short Blade, Light Armor and Sneak. If you ask him for the latest rumors, he'll say: "Mistress Dratha has been looking for something called a "Flesh Amulet." I heard Master Neloth is keeping it from her, to try and get some concession on the Council."
