Merging with Myrkwasa[edit]
As part of the cleanup of TES2 region lore pages, I suggest merging this with the region of Myrkwasa from ESO. That way it can mention how it was a fiefdom and is now part of the Kingdom of Sentinel, but is also a regional name, and would allow for the page to be expanded upon. - I believe the original decision was to keep political entities separate from geographic regions due to them not necessarily being in the same place. --Enodoc (talk) 20:48, 21 December 2020 (UTC)

- If that is the issue, then what if we list it as a historical area that is generally located in this specific place. So we would say, "Myrkwasa is a historical area generally located on the north coast of Hammerfell. A fiefdom of the same name was active by the late Third Era." And from there we would have two sections with specific information on them, like their history and what not. --Vincentius1 (talk) 21:04, 21 December 2020 (UTC)

- Vincentius1's suggestion is what was originally on these pages, but the reasoning for the split was sound: the geographic borders in ESO do not correspond to the political borders in Daggerfall. I set out my opposition to one of these proposed merges on Lore talk:Tigonus before finding this discussion. I'm opposed to all of these merges, as the pre-Warp political entities had a life of their own and are a separate topic from the wider geographic regions from which they take their names. This was a necessary split to not confuse the two topics and I don't see a reason to undo this. —Legoless (talk) 23:37, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
