Q'fura the Pendulous was a powerful Sload conjurer and ice mage. They possessed great magical abilities, deemed too hazardous for the mages such as Psijic Loremaster Celarus to confront single-handedly. They infiltrated the Dreaming Cave on Artaeum with the intention of unleashing hordes of Oblivion upon the world.

History

Little is known about Q'fura, including their past and affiliations. Although their attack on Artaeum occurred around the same time as the actions of the Abyssal Cabal in Summerset Isle, there is no evidence of their collaboration. In 2E 582, they appeared in the Dreaming Cave beneath Ceporah Tower on Artaeum. The Psijics themselves were unaware of how such a feat was possible. Loremaster Celarus, uncertain about how Q'fura arrived there, recognized the imminent danger of the renegade mage opening the Void Gate and unleashing Oblivion's hordes. To address this threat, Celarus and the Aldmeri Dominion agent Razum-dar collaborated, successfully thwarting Q'fura's plans and defeating them in "a stunning and rather glutinous explosion."
