We have all felt adrift in the absence of Grand Inquisitor Arsalan. But now is not the time for mourning. And if his absence is any indication, it is no longer the time for spywork and information gathering. We have everything we need to proceed.

Mobilize what Twilight Cantors you can find and prepare to attack at Star Haven Adeptorium, where our reports say the chorus of the Rajaska'zhal now gathers. Be warned: our alliance with the Twilight Cantors is and always has been tenuous and temporary. Their songs are meant to help us, but if these Daedra-worshiping singers are at risk of being turned by the Rajaska, you must be prepared to strike them down before they are bent to join the forces of our enemy.
