Official Description

The founder of the revived Dawnguard, Isran is said to be a fair and coolheaded leader. He has sworn to protect Skyrim from vampires. He is good friends with Gunmar the blacksmith.

Acquisition

Awarded when your Dynasty reaches level 100.

Occasionally appears in the Store as a special offer or part of a bundle.
