This appears to be a strategy guide, so I'm not sure if UESP could reprint the tips without Copyright infringement. I think this doesn't have to be a page on the wiki, since many of the tips appear to be inaccurate (at least according to this page) and already available in different parts of the Morrowind wiki. Although Morrowind has been out for a while, it looks like this book is still for sale on Amazon, so I think it would be wise not to format this page like the other in-game books (since after all, this is not an in-game book).
