Books talk:Pocket Guide to the Empire: 1st Edition

Renaming

It's all academic, but the title of the document is A Pocket Guide to the Empire and its environs, "First Edition" being retrospective. In the "Books" space at least, I think it makes sense for the article title to reflect the printed name, with further explanation being given in the article itself. I concur; this page should be accurately titled after what the book itself is titled. "First Edition" is a community-made title used for convenience and does not accurately represent the book's proper in-universe name. --Rezalon (talk) 01:22, 20 April 2024 (UTC)

Concurred for the above-mentioned reasons. I could also see it shortened to A Pocket Guide to the Empire if need be. In any case, I don't think pre-OBL there was ever the implication that the Pocket Guide was only something that got a new edition every ~200 years or so; various comments by developers make it seem as if it was something that got frequently updated, so I've never really liked saddling this with "First Edition."
