Following Henrik's suggestion, I'm taking the Thalmor on a wild goose chase in a troll–infested area. Hopefully, the trolls will take care of a few Thalmor for us.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Justiciar Aranande.
2. Kill the trolls.
3. Explore the old soldiers' fort.
