We weren't able to get the dragon in the previous location, but Azzin is certain he knows where to find it next, and wants me to meet him there.

The first secret lever

The second secret area's chest

You will start in a forest and will have to walk for a short while until you see a large boulder in the middle of the path, if you go to the right side of it, there is a skeleton knight guarding the lever to the first secret area, this lever is in the form of a skull on a wooden pike. Pull it and you will open the wooden shack to the left of it, in this secret area there is a nether lich guarding a silver chest.

Once you are done with the first secret area, head onwards and you will have to fight a cave troll that is guarding a cave entrance, once it is dealt with continue into the cave where you will enter a large opening with an outcast and a wooden chest in it. After this you will have to go through another tunnel, where there are eight cave spiders, these can easily swarm you and so the use of spells is recommended. After the spiders are two skeleton knights patrolling a large area, this large area has a few breakable crystals that can be smashed for loot.

In the next area there are a large number of dragon skeletons laying about, with an outcast and skeleton knight patrolling the area. Once they are dealt with, claim the wooden chest to the left and continue onwards. You will then enter another large area, with two monstrous spiders crawling about, there are two paths from this point, the one to the right leads to the second secret area, with the lever being guarded by a cave troll, the lever is in the form of a stone laying on the ground next to the wall. In this secret area there is a golden chest alongside some breakable crystals and mushrooms.

After claiming the loot in the secret area, head back and take the left path and you will eventually leave the cave and come out in a forest area with Azzin standing in front of some Ayleid ruins, talk to him and he will say he has already attacked the dragon and weakened it, and that you will have to finish it off. You will have to cross a wooden bridge, but guarding the bridge is a nether lich, after you have dealt with it, cross the bridge and a cutscene will play, showing the skeletal remains of people the dragon has killed. The ancient dragon will then fly down and attack you, it is weak to shock damage. After you have killed the dragon, the quest will end.
