Dawn's Venture is a ship moored in Dawnstar's docks, just northeast of Quicksilver Mine.
As a general goods merchant, Cardana Pallo will buy and sell any type of item, as well as selling unique specialty items from across Tamriel. Garon works as a guard, standing watch in the same spot on the lower deck all day. Olmstead Reyn is the ship's captain, while Atla Ka-Ilaqu advises Cardana on her purchases and helps her to spot fraudulent merchandise. The shop is open from 6am to 10pm.
While there are plenty of wares laid out in the Dawn's Venture, none of them function as displayed merchandise; Cardana will only sell items from her merchant's chest.

Exterior[edit]
The ship's deck can be divided into three broad sections. Just above the bow is a small space with some sacks, an Imperial helmet and a small coinpurse. The middle section, which is accessed from land via a gangplank, hosts a small crate with potions of minor healing and minor stamina and the door leading below deck, which is expert-locked during the night. On the afterdeck, above the stern, is the tiller and a number of crates containing 10 Steel ingots, 10 Iron ingots, a Steel dagger, 9 bottles of Alto wine and some Ashlander pottery. Olmstead Reyn and Atla Ka-Ilaqu will spend the daytime pacing the deck.
Dawn's Venture[edit]
You first enter into a cramped room with a couple of shelves containing 4 Silver ingots, 2 Quicksilver ores, assorted silverware and clothes. The shop is down the wooden stairs and is divided into two sections.
In the anti-chamber, guarded by Garon, are four shelves heaving with items, including: 2 moonstone ores, a Silver battleaxe, an Iron cuirass and helmet, various Dwemer artifacts (including a centurion dynamo core), 10 bottles of Black-Briar mead, assorted Ashlander pottery, glass pots and clothes. On a table near Garon is a strifeboard with pawns and some Ashlander cups, while on a writing table nearby are 2 potions of Cure Poison, a bottle each of Julianos Firebelly wine and Shadowbanish wine, and a portion of saltrice pottage.
Further towards the bow, you will find Cardana's counter, which displays 2 Raga iron daggers, an Elven dagger, an Ayleid war axe, a Khajiiti iron sabre, a potion of Healing, a potion of Vigorous Magicka, a potion of Plentiful Stamina, 2 bottles of Julianos Firebelly wine, a bottle of Shadowbanish wine and some unique food. Under the counter you will also find a strong box, a Silver sword, a Saxhleel knife, a potion of Cure Poison, one Frostbite venom, 3 bottles of Black-Briar Reserve and a bottle of Firebrand wine.
Arranged across four shelves in front of Cardana are a wide selection of goods: a Raga Iron greatsword, a Roscrean Iron greatsword, a Silver mace, a Khajiiti Iron war axe, two Rimmenese maces, a Glass dagger, an Iron dagger, 3 Mithril ingots, 3 Iron ingots, 2 Dwarven metal ingots, 1 Steel ingot, 2 Ebony ores, 1 Malachite ore, an empty Greater soul gem, a filled Common soul gem, 3 Conjurer's potions, a potion of Plentiful Healing, a potion of Health, a Persisting Magicka poison, a Potent Fear poison, a draught of Enhanced Stamina, a philter of Resist Magic, a philter of Resist Shock, Ashlander pottery and assorted food. In an open crate nearby are 4 Bamboo hitting sticks.
Directly behind Cardana is her wardrobe; a weapons rack above it holds 4 Raga war axes. To the left are her sleeping quarters, comprising her bed and a weapons rack with a Khajiiti iron sabre and a Raga Iron battleaxe. To the right is a shelf holding a Bonemold war axe, a Silver claymore and two bottles of Firebrand wine; the expert-locked trapdoor nearby leads to the Crew's Quarters.
Dawn's Venture Crew's Quarters[edit]
The Crew's Quarters are a cramped and cobwebbed space at the bow of the ship. They contain two bedrolls, one bed, a knapsack, an Imperial sword, a potion of Minor Healing, a Strifeboard with pieces, a bottle of Argonian Bloodwine, 2 bottles of ale, some clothes and cheap books, and assorted clutter.
Standard Merchandise[edit]
This is the merchandise found in Cardana's merchant chest. These items are only available if purchased from the merchant; they cannot be pickpocketed or stolen. They are restocked every two days.
