I have reverted this back to a table as originally designed, because each step has a clear letter stating which stage you are at, e.g. step B or step Ca. Other steps refer to these letters and as bullet form the lettering was lost, making it impossible to know which other step was being referred to when told to "pick this if you chose step Ca". Also, these instructions match those in the readme, and if I tell someone to re-read step G because their install went wrong, they won't know which step this is if they are using the Wiki to install instead of the readme. If the table does not work in a small window, simply make the window larger.
