Varian Manor

Varian Manor is a large mansion located a few doors up from the Skingrad Mages Guild. It is the home of Lord Baldor Varian initially, and Lady Vivian Varian later on.

The bottom floor of the manor is one large room that serves as both dining area and living area. One half has a small desk, several low bookcases, and some barrels tucked into a corner; the other half has a large dining table and bench for visitors to sit. A staircase goes up one wall, levels off at a balcony overlooking the room, then continues on to the upper floor.

The upper floor is a large study/bedroom. It has a large desk, a double bed, two tables, and various containers for storage.

A door in the back corner of the dining area, behind the dining table, leads to a hidden room maintained by "Baldor", the impostor encounted during the quest The Baron von Zarov Files: The Plot Thickens. The room is small and is used for butchering the ogre mage's human victims.
