The Unicorn is a ship docked in the north port of Leyawiin. It is located in the middle of the docks.

The captain's cabin has two rooms. The lower is a sleeping area: a single bed and armoire sit to the right of the door; a chest of drawers in the near left corner, and a small table and two chairs in the far left corner. The upper room has a bookcase to the left of the door; a large table used as a desk, accompanied by a chair, sits near it. Another chair sits against the far wall, next to a globe, and next to that, in the corner, sits a writing desk and chair.

The mid deck is crew quarters. A cabin at the stern is used for storage - it contains several racks of wine and barrels containing more alcohol. A small cabin next to the ladder (locked; Boatswain Hlar and Captain John Davis have the key) is the armory, which contains racks of weapons and armor. The mid part of this deck is an open space with four bunks along the walls and a table and two stools in the middle. Hlar's cabin is in the stern, a sizeable space with a bunk and sea chest, writing desk and chair, and a barrel for food.

A trap door next to his cabin (locked; Hlar has the only key) leads to the hold, most of which is an open space containing crates, barrels, and sacks. A cabin at the bow (also locked; the captain has this key) contains piles of gold, along with three chests full of more random valuables.
