Rowena

Rowena is a Redguard thief who lives in a cellar in the Imperial City Waterfront District.

Rowena wakes up at 11am every morning and leaves her basement to go wander around the Waterfront. At noon on weekdays, she stops in at Pradjiit's Cookshop to eat lunch for three hours, then she goes to sit on the docks for a few hours; the rest of the time, she simply walks around, chatting with people.

She dresses entirely in grey: robe hood, tunic, leather pants, leather gloves, and boots. She is armed with a rusty iron dagger and carries an apple and two berry pies.

Rowena lives in a cellar, which is nothing more than a small underground room. She has a pallet, small table for meals, and a cupboard and chest for her possessions; a shelf over the bed has several containers full of random junk.

Aside from rumors and quest dialogue, she has nothing to say.
