Laughlin at work in the Brewers Guild

Laughlin is a Nord herald who runs the Brewers Guild in Chorrol.

Laughlin gets up at 9am every morning and unlocks the front door, then takes up his post behind the counter. Aside from breaks at 10am and 8pm for breakfast and dinner, he remains on duty until 11pm, when he locks up and goes to bed.

He wears a brown shirt, tan linen pants, copper pearl and copper ruby rings, and thick cowhide shoes. He carries two bottles of beer, four chestnuts, and a ham hock.

Laughlin has a room on the lower floor of the guild hall, which contains a double bed and chest of drawers.
