The entrance to Hangman's Row

Hangman's Row is a section of the Imperial City Prison reserved for criminals awaiting execution.

Hangman's Row, main office

It is located at the rear of the Prison District, separate from the main Bastion.

The front door leads to the intake area, where Oritonde the Jailor mans the desk. A set of stairs leads to a locked door, which can only be opened during the quest A Growing Guild Expands. The door opens onto the holding area - a hallway that spirals down into the earth, lined with nine cells, and ending in a large room used for interrogations or prisoner visitations; it has nothing except a table and two chairs, and a chest for prisoners' belongings.
