Missing bucklers

Ebony Bucklers Incorrect / Class Dependent?

The list is incorrect. I have gone to both locations for Ebony Bucklers in Hammerfell, only to find no such item in stock. I am playing as a Mage, perhaps this affects what is on offer? I have no idea. But both Elite Tool store in North Hall as well as ___'s Provisions in Rihad do not offer Ebony Bucklers for sale.

Edit: The entries for Vintage Merchandise in Cloud Spring, Unearthed Sundries in Dusk and The Adventurer's Gear Store in Lilmoth are correct. ___'s Gear Store in Alinor likewise does not offer an Ebony Buckler.

Further testing with a Knight and a Spellsword character revealed that all the listings were accurate. It seems to me like the available items differ depending what class you play. Further testing would be required I suppose. (Aranok (talk) 14:19, 5 November 2023 (UTC))

Yes, as the armor and weapon pages state, both sets of equipment items are class restricted. It is mentioned that the lists only apply to classes to which no restrictions apply, so, exclusively the warrior and ranger classes. ALL other classes cannot use ALL armor or weapons and have at least one set not available for them to use and by extension, not able to purchase. Indeed, the page does mention that equipment your class cannot use cannot be bought, but Wizards can use bucklers, yet not all bucklers in the list show up. That, to me, is not clearly explained. Aranok (talk) 17:41, 17 November 2023 (UTC)
