Images

Its awesome that there are a bunch of pictures of items, but you gave whoever does it a lot of work to do. Every image was uploaded as SK when its SR, and I don't even know where images of armor actually being used are applicable. Just pointing out for future uploads that the name needs to be SR. Oh dear... I was creating the filename based on the first Skyrim image I found on UESP, Media:SR-item-Soul Gem.jpg, but I can go back and change them all. And, I used the images on the Skyrim:Armor page much like the Oblivion:Armor page was. Kerrick 20:09, 28 November 2011 (UTC)

Actually, I can't figure out how to rename the File: pages. Move isn't there like it usually is. However, if you look at Breezehome's images, each one has a different prefix, if they have them at all. I think I'll leave them SK for now, and if it really bothers anybody they can rename them. Whoah, where'd those come from? I can only see them if I zoom in and look at my screen from the bottom of my desk, but they're definitely there on some of them. I'm going to have to take a look at my Photoshop technique and fix that. Thanks for the good eye! Kerrick 08:25, 7 December 2011 (UTC)

I was about to report this but it seems I've been beaten to it. It's worth noting that it's a square boundary around the edge of the actual image in the picture (i.e the flower), not a border around the edge of the image. Can't easily remove it because it overlaps with a few pixels of the image in some examples. It's hard to see because it's also transparent :P Enverex 11:32, 9 December 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, I've narrowed it down to my technique. Some images, I use the magic wand to delete the solid background, trim transparent pixels, resize based on the long edge, then increase the canvas size. On others, I use select by color range to delete the solid background, trim transparent pixels, resize based on the long edge, then increase the canvas size. Very similar process, but for some reason the former leaves a barely visible grey box, and the latter doesn't. The problem is, the latter is pixel-happy and likes to select the insides of some items, which I then have to time-consumingly quick-mask out. shrug I'll figure out a quality, quick, repeatable way soon.
