Vassir-Didanat Mine is a struggling ebony mine located to the south of Balmora.
It is co-owned Benar and Malur Rethan. A recent boom in ebony production spurred an investigation into the mine. Airborne poison deep inside has turned all the miners into primal creatures with ebony-like skin.
During their excavations, the miners tunneled into an ancient Daedric shrine dedicated to Clavicus Vile.
A copy of The 36 Lessons: Sermon 33 is located outside the mine.
