Subdue enemies around you with your baleful gaze, stunning them for 5 seconds if they are facing your direction. This stun cannot be blocked.

Stupefy: Subdue enemies in front of you with your baleful gaze, stunning them for 5 seconds if they are facing your direction. This stun cannot be blocked. After the stun ends they remain stupefied, reducing their Movement Speed by [50 / 51 / 52 / 53]% for 5 seconds.

Mesmerize stuns enemies that are facing you. The Hypnosis morph changes the area of effect from a cone in front of you to a circle around you, while the Stupefy morph snares enemies for 5 seconds after the 5-second stun ends.

Notably, this skill is the only way to talk to some vendor NPCs as a stage 4 vampire or when you have a Notorious or higher infamy level.
