As you approach Dra'bul, you'll find him keeping watch near the wayshrine or outside of Deadman's Drop:

"I don't trust these Orcs."

Speaking to him if you haven't started the quest:

"Why would she want to go in alone? I swear, if the Silvenar finds out about this, I'll never hear the end of it!
Sorry, I'm trying to keep an eye on the Green lady. Not having much luck, though."

Where did she go?

"Ah, she's gone to talk some sense into the Drublog Orcs. If anyone can do it, it's her.
Say, weren't you the one helping out in Velyn Harbor? She said to send you on in if you passed by."

I'll go talk to her.

Speaking to him again:

"Careful in there. Drublog Orcs aren't known for their diplomacy."

After the quest, he will say:

"If you can help the Green Lady again, we'd all be in your debt."
