Two types of advanced armors are added by the Beyond Skyrim: Cyrodiil mod: Chainmail and Mithril.
Chainmail Armor[edit]
- Chainmail armor is a medium-quality light armor than requires the Advanced Armors perk to be forged, using a combination of iron and quicksilver ingots.
- All items can be tempered using 1 iron ingot, and having the Advanced Armors perk doubles the quality improvement.
- It appears in leveled lists starting at level 8 (enchanted varieties at level 9).

Mithril Armor[edit]
- Mithril armor is a medium-quality light armor that cannot be forged. All items can however be tempered using 1 quicksilver ingot.
- Boots and gauntlets appear in leveled lists starting at level 46. A pair of boots and gauntlets can also be found in the treasury room of Castle Bruma, Lords Manor, while an enchanted helmet, Garridan's Mithril Helmet, can be found on the corpse of the Glade Guardian in Frostfire Glade Clearing.
